We are 100% volunteer-run – nobody gets paid a nickel – and so you really are the lifeblood of our organization. Unbound’s core team is a tight-knit crew who supports our work year-round.

We have several categories of volunteers who power the Unbound team year-round. In the form below, please tell us which role(s) best fit your interest and expertise.
• Volunteers: Are you great at coordinating a team? Like working with other volunteers? Apply within.
• Operations: Are you a whiz with logistics (and maybe even spreadsheets)? Help us get and stay organized for festival weekend.
• Resources: Grant-writing, sponsorships, and all things money.
• Outreach: Marketing, social media strategy, design work, media relations, and more.
• Travel: Booking flights for authors, coordinating transportation to and from airports, and managing other accommodations.
• “Write On” events: Helping coordinate writing workshop portion of the festival.
• Accessibility: Helping make our festival accessible to as much of our community as possible.
